Serafino Bianchi is a successful entrepreneur and businessman. He has been making Contra Costa County his home since 1973 and currently lives in Alamo with his wife Patricia.

He was the founder and Broker of Equimax Real Estate Services, specializing in Foreclosures and Business Start-Ups. Mr. Bianchi was also the founder and CEO of Bianchi Schools and Adventure Day Camp providing many years of excellent educational services for the children in the community. Recently he was the Acquisition Director for Investorplus.com, a Canadian Real Estate investment company.

He has been a member of the City of Clayton Planning Commission and City Council.

Mr. Bianchi received a BS from the University of Illinois in Civil/Structural Engineering. He is a Registered Civil Engineer and Real Estate Broker. As a native Italian, Mr. Bianchi is fluent in the language and available to help with any real estate need.
