Link Allen has lived in Marin all his life. "Real Estate fits", was his thought before graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara. It was time to leave the fun and sun of college and Santa Barbara to return home to open arms and a Real Estate career. Link has been told "Real Estate´´s in your blood," being a fifth generation Broker has given him knowledge beyond his age.

To become "Techno-savvy" Link is constantly educating himself to provide clients with the most security and reliable assistance, he has deduced that technology has made it possible to bring more information to his client’s fingertips.

Working with the governmental group Community Development Agency (CDA) at the Marin County Civic Center has given him access to the growing need of community information. The introduction to local governments, the planning process, and of course more technology has established impressive skills of problem solving, listener, evaluation, and research and development. Each transaction represents his own high standards in client’s best interests.
