Franza Giffen is a real estate broker with more than twenty years experience in real estate as an appraiser (Probate Referee in Contra Costa County), real estate lawyer and investor.  Joining Pacific Union is a way she can help family, friends and clients succeed in selling their residence when it is time to move on or in purchasing the home of their dreams.  Some of her clients are downsizing, using accumulated equity to add investment properties to their financial portfolio or just buying a pied-a-terre in San Francisco.
