Richard M. Sax has over thirty years of expertise in Real Estate. He
was Assistant Dean of the Schools of Business Administration,
University of California when he made a career change to Real Estate
in 1977.
 
He has been a top producer his entire professional career since
joining Pacific Union in 1985, the same year he was President of the
San Francisco Association of REALTORS®.
Richard specializes in the listing and sale of single-family homes, condominiums,
cooperative apartments and income properties.
 
He not only excels in his business but also within the community he serves. He is a
past President of the Haight-Ashbury Free Medical Clinic and served
as a Trustee of the San Francisco American Conservatory Theater (ACT).
Richard's educational background is as impressive as his real estate
accolades. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia
University and a Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, PA.
Noteworthy is his Doctorate in Criminal Justice from the University of
