Fred Villanova, having started his real estates sales career twenty-two years ago, has
consistently been a top selling agent at the two companies he has been affiliated with. Fred
has been associated with Pacific Union International Brokerage since 1991 and has been a
continual recipient of their sales leadership award and achieved the designation of Senior
Marketing Representative Senior Associate with Pacific Union's Estate's Division and has
been a designated mentor for new sales agents.
Fred, previous to his career in real estate, had been the Direct Mail Advertising and
Marketing Coordinator for Macy's of California for seven years. During that time, Fred also
had great success at the renovation of residential properties and has a great hands on
perspective of the real estate industry. Fred's planning, market strategies and problem
solving developed over twenty-one years in real estate enables his clients to maximize their
performance in all of their Real Estate investments. As a top producer Fred has built his
reputation as the "go to" person in San Francisco real estate
As a graduate of Loyola University with a combined degree in Business and Design, Fred
brings to his Real Estate Practice knowledge, background and tremendous enthusiasm
along with twenty-two years of transactional experience to provide you with a

Fred has served as a board member on the Pacific Union Community Fund and Academy
of Friends. He is a past Board president of MHR Aids Support Group and previous member
of the University of California Health Project board, and continues to be heavily involved
with groups addressing the problems of child abuse, battered women and persons with HIV.
Presently he serves as Chairperson of Academy of Friends Executive Committee Corporate
Sponsorship.
