I can honestly say that I love my job!  I get to spend my day meeting people and guiding them through one of the most significant transactions of their lives. It really is very rewarding to share my wealth of experience as a former law partner, developer and designer.  As an attorney, my clients often praised me for my tough negotiating style, my responsiveness to their needs and my attention to detail - and I know you will feel the same way if you give me the privilege of representing you in the sale or purchase of a home or investment property.  I am proud to have an AV rating as an attorney, which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards awarded by my peers.

Working for you, I bring my personal knowledge of all the challenges, rewards, and frustrations of negotiating the sale of a home, and of finding a wonderful house and turning it into a home you love. I have acted as a general contractor and designed the remodels of kitchens and bathrooms.   I have seen the quality of work of a number of contractors and am able to offer their names and numbers as a valuable resource to clients. I have also condo-converted the building in which my husband Michael and I live.  Finally, I have studied in the Interior Design and Architecture Program at UC Berkeley Extension. 

I have also made a personal commitment to be active in the community. I deliver food for Project Open Hand to the seriously ill and I am a member of the EARN Real Estate Auxiliary, which assists low-income families to invest in homes.  I also serve on the Board of the Presidio Heights Association of Neighbors.  Michael and I have lived in four different SF neighborhoods so far and we continue to enjoy the adventure and spirit of San Francisco.  We are avid bikers and can often be seen biking in the Marin Headlands.
