Jill Silvas

Jill Silvas is the Branch Manager of the Sonoma office of Pacific Union International/Christie’s Great Estates, a real estate brokerage company specializing in luxury country, rural, suburban and urban properties in the Wine Country and communities of the Bay Area of Northern California.

 Previously, Jill and her husband, Mike owned and operated a small boutique real estate firm in the Wine Country for over 10 years.  Prior to that, Jill was Vice President of Corporate Services for Dilbeck Realtors, a 14-office firm in Northwest L.A. and Ventura Counties.  During that 20 year tenure, Jill had responsibility for developing and managing all of the corporate real estate business for Dilbeck Realtors including relocation, REO and managed move transactions. 

For over 25 years, Jill has served on various committees with Worldwide ERC, serving on the Board of Director for seven years, and in 2002 served as President of the organization – the first president from the Real Estate segment of the industry, and currently serves as a Trustee on Worldwide ERC’s Foundation for Workforce Mobility after chairing that board for the past four years. She has received 3 President’s Awards for contributions to the organization, has earned 4 Distinguished Service Awards from ERC and in 1998 was inducted into Worldwide ERC’s Hall of Leaders.

In addition, Jill has been active in the Southern California Relocation Council, the Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management and the Relocation Director’s Council as well as acting as the Budget Advisor since 2000 and the Scholarship Committee Chair for the Sonoma Valley Chapter of Realtors for the past three years.

Jill’s experience and involvement in all aspects of real estate and relocation have given her a unique perspective on the industry and provides a valuable resource for the agents and clients she serves.  Mike and Jill live in Napa with their two dogs and their cat.
