A spirited innovator and entrepreneur, the foundation for Cheryl’s experience as a Sonoma Valley Branch Executive began in 1982 as an owner and operator of twenty five East Bay Restaurants.  Experience in identifying, prioritizing and facilitating marketing and sales objectives, combined with corporate resources, provide her with a competitive edge in today’s demanding market. Cheryl’s experience has given her the opportunity to implement her service in the community as well as create a network of strategic professional partners. Utilizing the certification from her paralegal training at University of California, she has brought to her career the highest level of service as communicator, counselor and negotiator making client referrals her primary source of business.

• University of California, Paralegal Certificate provided Cheryl with the background of  technical knowledge critical to constructing effective contracts, minimizing client exposure to legal risk and obtaining advantage in transaction negotiation.   
• Personnel Innovations, a custom recruiting service, was founded by Cheryl in 2000 providing direct    hire opportunities specializing in Human Resource Management, Administrative and Legal Support, Marketing and Sales. 
• A Realtor Since 2003 and with prior experience as a transaction coordinator for a dynamic East Bay brokerage company, Cheryl has learned from the ground up the critical elements and process essential to a successful real estate transaction.
• A Napa Valley Symphony three year board member, Cheryl has served on the Real Estate, Personnel     and Nominating/Recruiting Committees combining her love of music with her desire to enhance the quality of life in the community in which she lives.
