Michele Samson began her real estate career in 1989 in Chicago’s exclusive North Shore and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” at the end of her first year in business. She remains at the top of her game in the Sonoma and Napa markets since her strong launch, and maintains her real estate license in Illinois as well.

Michele’s alluring sense of humor combined with her negotiating skills, sensitivity and understanding provide the ultimate in premiere service to her clients. “I want to provide my clients with the services that will make their experience as stress free as possible.”

Along with her designation as Realtor, Michele is a Certified Notary and an accredited Staging Professional (ASP). As an ASP, Michele utilizes her own design experience along with training provided by the International Association of Staging Professionals to ensure that’s she created immediate buyer interest with her customers’ properties. Michele’s own renovations and the distinct designs have been featured in top publications, including Romantic Homes magazine and Woman’s World. “By offering my experience along with these enhanced services, I am able to provide a level of service that meets my own personal standard.”

Michele Samson’s success continues beyond her real estate career. Michele has been in a loving marriage since 1978 and is the proud mother of a daughter who will soon have her Masters in Psychology, and a son pursuing a law degree while working as a Legislative Coordinator in Washington, D.C.. Michele resides in Sonoma and serves her community as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club.
