Lillian Ng has over 25 years experience in real estate, from sales and property management to investment and tax-reduction appeals. Since joining Pacific Union in 1989, Lillian has completed transactions in every district of San Francisco, created and spearheaded the Asian Marketing Division, and is the recipient of numerous top-sales honors, including two-time winner of the Pacific Union Inspiration Award.

Lillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from California State University at San Jose, and earned licenses as a stockbroker and as certified financial planner. Prior to her career in real estate, she supervised strategic marketing programs for Security Pacific Bank, Crocker Bank and First Interstate Discount Brokerage, where she was vice-president.

For the past 12 years, Lillian has also been a certified feng shui consultant. She has helped scores of individual clients as well as corporate ones, including the Four Seasons Residences, Brannan Lofts, Hamilton Homes, and Sutterfield Condominiums. This expertise, plus her excellent communication and negotiation skills and fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Toisanese dialects), make Lillian a highly sought-after agent in the diverse communities of San Francisco.

In her spare time, Lillian enjoys cooking, gardening, and travel. She is a Past Board of Director with Richmond Area Multi Services (RAMS) and the Chinatown Neighborhood Improvement Resource Council.
