Unlike most agent biographies, I prefer that mine be written in the first person and that I write it myself. I want my clients to get to “know” me and not simply “about” me. My approach to helping people buy and sell real estate is very much like my own personality, upfront and knowledgeable, lighthearted yet very serious about helping you achieve your goals. Staying current on the market conditions and industry issues that can significantly affect my clients helps me achieve my own professional goals. My long- term business plan is simple. I hope to provide excellent service during the transaction by creating market savvy clients and keeping them “in the loop” as we move through the process and to become a valuable resource well past the close of escrow. I boast a high percentage of referral and repeat clientele that reaffirms the approach I have taken to succeed in an industry that I love!

After obtaining my Realtor’s license in 1989, I worked briefly for another company before beginning my association with Pacific Union in 1991. I have remained happily with Pacific Union for the last 11 years, for the expertise constantly at my disposal and because it is an amazing company with an excellent Broker whom I respect a great deal. Professionally, I have worked full time since 1989, obtained my Broker’s license and completed the University of San Francisco’s “Master Negotiator” program. I am one of only 3 ViaLINK agents in my office that excel in current technological advancements and I attend continuing education opportunities each year.

I do not work with a staff of assistants that I will pass you off to, you are working with “me” and to the best of my abilities, you will get “me”. I spend many hours each year focused on the best ways to approach this business and in fluctuating markets, paying attention to feedback and trends is critical to my ability to advise my clients, both buyers and sellers of the most advantageous ways to proceed with their plans.

Residing and working in the East Bay since 1982, I specialize in three areas that I have either lived or worked in, San Leandro, Alameda and Oakland. I currently live in San Leandro with my husband, 2 children, 2 goldfish and a few gerbils.
