Pat Brennan became a Realtor after a 20 year career in International Shipping. During the past 11 years Pat has established an outstanding track record for client satisfaction. Her dedication to client service - both for buyers and sellers - is the key to her success.

As a fourth generation East Bay resident (the second generation born in Berkeley), Pat and her family have watched the cities and towns of Alameda & Contra Costa Counties grow and prosper. She knows the neighborhoods of the East Bay.

As an expert in relocation, Pat has helped dozens of families make the move into and out of one of the most competitive housing markets in the world.

She is designated a Seniors Real Estate Specialist by the Senior Real Advantage Real Estate Council, a Certified Mobility Specialist and an e Pro.

Pat holds a B.A. in Anthropology from University California Berkeley.

During her mythical spare time Pat is involved in the Berkeley Yacht Club (where she is a past Director), UC Alumni events, her boat (she holds a 100 Ton U.S Coast Guard Master’s License), her classic MG sports car, and her two retired racing Greyhounds.
