Eileen specializes in single-family home, condo, and multi-unit building sales. A Noe Valley resident and active neighborhood member for ten years, Eileen’s focus is on assisting buyers and sellers achieve their property goals with the least amount of stress possible. She has developed a wide agent network in the years she has worked in real estate, and has honed her trouble-shooting skills throughout multiple transactions. Her high standard of professionalism and market knowledge consistently work to her clients’ advantage. Eileen believes that the most important thing you can offer clients is dependability. She is committed to keeping her clients apprised of their transactions every step of the way, and carefully listens to their needs so as not to waste their time. Her primary focus, however, is providing excellent customer service, and following through on what she says she’ll do. Prior to entering the real estate field, Eileen was an editor in book, magazine, and Internet publishing. She has also worked on the sales and marketing side of publishing, assisting in launching a start-up New York theatre magazine and two high-tech Web sites. A native New Yorker, Eileen also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from St. John’s University. Eileen is closely involved with her community. She is on the Steering Committee at On Lok/30th St. Senior Services, and on the Development Committee at On Lok. She holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Eileen is the board of the Upper Noe Neighbors, and is active in community projects directed by the San Jose/Guerrero Coalition and Northwest Bernal Alliance. She contributes regularly to Pacific Union’s Community Fund. Additionally, Eileen is an active member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Her professional affiliations include the San Francisco, California, and National Associations of Realtors. When not working, Eileen enjoys spending time with her partner and their two Cairn Terriers. She loves hiking in Yosemite, wine and food, and working out.
