A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Maria lived overseas with her husband and three children for twenty years before settling in the Bay area in 1988. Maria's personal experience with these numerous overseas moves sparked her interest in real estate as a career. This experience also gave her special insight into the personal needs of families and individuals in transition. Fluent in Spanish and French, with an extensive international background, Maria is particularly suited to assist her growing international clientele.

Maria is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley where she obtained a Masters of Arts degree in European history. Her professional affiliations include the San Francisco Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. For personal enjoyment, Maria is a Life Master bridge player.
